01 How quickly does the team arrive after I book? +
Subscription customers get same day slots. New bookings usually have a 4 to 6 hour window. In our core areas like DHA, Citi Housing and Wapda City we can often reach you within 30 minutes.
02 Where does the water come from? +
Our team brings a 25 litre mobile water tank to every booking. We use eco friendly low water foam technology so a Full Wash takes just 25 litres. We do not use your tap water and we do not waste anything down the drain. We are fully compliant with the Punjab EPA regulations from February 2025.
03 Which areas of Faisalabad do you cover? +
We currently serve Citi Housing Phase 1 and 2, DHA Faisalabad, Wapda City, Eden Valley, Khayaban Colony, Madina Town and Gulberg Faisalabad. We add new areas every month. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we will confirm coverage in minutes.
04 Is it easy to cancel a subscription? +
Yes. There is no long term contract. You can cancel any time on WhatsApp at no charge. Unused washes get a pro rated refund within 5 working days.
05 Are your workers verified? +
Every worker passes a CNIC check. We verify their address. We collect references from past employers. All staff wear a uniform and a Wash Mahal ID card. You receive your assigned worker's photo and ID with your booking confirmation.
06 What equipment and chemicals do you use? +
A professional pressure washer. The two bucket method. Colour coded microfibre towels for body glass and wheels. A pH neutral biodegradable car shampoo. A foam cannon for the pre soak. For Showroom Detail we add a clay bar, a dual action polisher and a ceramic boost spray.
07 What payment methods do you accept? +
Cash on completion. JazzCash. EasyPaisa. Direct bank transfer to Meezan, HBL or UBL. Subscription customers can also set up auto debit.
08 What happens if it rains? +
In light rain we move to a covered carport or garage. In heavy rain we reschedule the booking for free. Subscription customers automatically have their missed wash moved to the next available slot.
