The exact terms behind our 100% money-back guarantee.
1. The guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a wash, you don't pay for a bad job. Tell the rider before they leave, or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of the service with a photo of the issue.
2. How we make it right
First remedy: we come back and re-do the wash free of charge, usually within 24–48 hours. If the re-wash still doesn't satisfy you — or you'd simply prefer it — we refund the full price of that wash. Your call.
3. Refund method & timing
Cash payments are refunded in cash on the spot or by bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 3 working days. Transfers are refunded to the same account they came from.
4. Subscriptions
Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions. Unused washes in the current month are refunded pro-rata at the plan's per-wash rate. Plans can also be paused for up to 60 days per year instead of cancelling.
5. What's not covered
Pre-existing damage documented before the wash; dirt or stains we flagged as non-removable before starting (e.g. paint etching, old water spots requiring polishing); and promotional discounts, which have no cash value.
