What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
1. What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect: your name, phone number, service address, vehicle details, and the service area you select. If you join the area waitlist or newsletter, we store the phone number or email you provide.
2. Why we collect it
Only to run the service: confirming bookings, dispatching riders, sending WhatsApp updates about your wash, and telling you when we launch in your area if you asked us to. If analytics tools are enabled, we use aggregate visitor statistics to improve the site.
3. What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Your number is used by Wash Mahal staff only.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers with access limited to authorised staff. Booking records are kept for accounting purposes.
5. Your choices
Message us on WhatsApp (+92 318 7991110) or email washmahal@gmail.com at any time to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is one click in any email.
6. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to function (session, security). If we enable analytics, those cookies measure visits in aggregate, never to identify you personally.
