Plain-language terms for booking and using Wash Mahal.
1. The service
Wash Mahal provides doorstep car wash and detailing in Faisalabad. Our riders bring their own equipment and water to your location within our active service areas. Service durations shown on the site are typical estimates, not guarantees.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made through this website or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it on WhatsApp or by phone. We may decline or reschedule a booking due to weather, rider availability, or locations outside our coverage.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices shown at the time of booking apply. Payment is collected after the wash is completed — cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. No advance payment is required for standard bookings. Promotional discounts apply once per customer unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge any time before the rider is dispatched. If it rains on your booked day, we will proactively offer a free reschedule. Repeated no-shows at the booked address may require advance confirmation for future bookings.
5. Vehicle condition & liability
Our riders photograph any visible pre-existing damage before starting. We use paint-safe methods (two-bucket wash, microfibre, pH-neutral foam). Our liability for any damage caused by our service is limited to the cost of professional repair of the affected area, assessed by a workshop both parties agree on.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with a wash, tell the rider on the spot or WhatsApp us within 24 hours. See our Refund Policy for exactly how the guarantee works.
7. Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew by agreement each month and can be cancelled anytime — see the Refund Policy for how unused washes are handled. Washes in a monthly plan are for the registered vehicle(s) and don't roll over beyond 30 days unless agreed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. Material changes will be announced on our WhatsApp channel.
